About Us:
The Law Store was started in November
1998. It is now led by Mark Duston who has been with the firm since 2000.
The Law Store specialises in family law and all those things that are associated with it. The associated issues
include resolving relationship property disputes, buying and selling properties, administration of estates, setting up
trusts and refinancing debt and small to medium enterprises. In reality we are more than a family law practice.
The atmosphere at The Law Store is welcoming and supportive. Some of The Law Store's clients are funded by legal
aid.
The Law Store sponsors the Women's Refuge and is a member
of Business Porirua.
If asked our lawyers will give talks to clubs or
organisations on subjects of interest to their members.
Since 2003 The Law Store has expanded the range of services to include small medium enterprises, employment law and
the training of compliance officers for government departments and regional councils.
The Porirua office
has six solicitors, a legal executive, two secretaries and two part time administrative staff.
The Levin
branch was opened in February 2008. The office has a solicitor and legal executive.
There are regular visits of solicitors from the Porirua office.
